2.About this Terms of Use

The following terms describes and control the relationship between you and “WODT” in relation to your use of:

Videogames, apps, software, SaaS, or any kind of Service that has been created by “WODT”, any of its members and/or we have the operation rights to them, if you play them on any device or platform of your property suitable to run it (computer, consoles, smartphone or any other device or platform).

4.”WODT” assumptions

“WODT” provides its Services with the best efforts, know how, expertise and attention.

“WODT” can’t guarantee that the Services will be at all time available without any eventual interruption.

Any interruption could occur in order to execute established or unpredictable repairs, maintenance, updates or upgrades and/or the addition of new features. Not planned or unscheduled downtimes may be necessary for security purposes.

In addition, according to the nature of the Services, networks and related technologies, its reasonably possible that errors, interruptions and delays occur occasionally. “WODT” will commit its best efforts to mitigate the duration of any downtime, to the extent within our own capabilities.

Due to the nature of the Services accessed via networks, using computers, phones or any electronic device, “WODT” can’t fully guarantee that the Services aren’t free from any security breaches, malware, bugs, malfunctions, bugs, inaccurate or incomplete information or any third party interference. We strongly recommend the adoption of preventive measures such as firewalls, antivirus software and stablish recurring information backups and restoration points of any device used to access the Services.

As a part of our software support, its mandatory to install upgrades, patches, updates or additional content to the Services in order for you to continue accessing the Services when required. This includes modifications to any software or platforms needed to run any feature installed on your device, for what you give us permission via accepting this terms to not require previous notification to proceed in that way.

4. Perform any action or behavior that results in impairment of the rights of third parties and their rights access and/or use the Services, or send unsolicited communications or mails.

   The use any user generated name, tag or any kind of text with the use of language that is or can be interpreted to be sexually explicit, unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive is strictly prohibited.
   The publishing or linking to any content that is or can be interpreted to be sexually explicit, unlawful (including, without limitation, third party intellectual property for which permission of such use has not been explicitly granted), harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited.
   The distribution, publishing or make public in any form content created that is or can be construed to be sexually explicit, a, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited.

6. Supplant of present false appearance of “WODT” itself, its staff, employees, partners, creators, employees, nor hiding or attempting to hide your identity or otherwise conducting fraud, and must obey the orders of those in charge or connected to the Services.

7. Not violate or encourage others to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Promote, link, advertise, or solicit services or products in any channel property of “WODT”.

9. You are not allowed to promote or actually buy or sell virtual items for money or exchange them in any site or any channel property of “WODT”.

10. You cannot use the Services for any unlawful activities, set up transactions for pirated or illegal software within the game.

11. You are not allowed to form or join any groups or pledges within the game that support or promote any hateful, racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, or homophobic views. You are not permitted to provide inaccurate information or deliberately conceal any details during your account setup.

12. You are not allowed to interfere with, hack into, or break into any communications from or to the Services servers or platforms.

13. You cannot abuse any game flaws and you must not spread information about these flaws (flaws that give players unfair advantages). Flaws should be reported to info@worldofdigitaltechnology.com

14. You are not allowed to use the Services on servers or platforms not authorized by “WODT”, its representatives, or the platforms themselves.

15. You cannot develop, use, or distribute any tools, emulators, or other software related to the Services without “WODT” written permission.

16. You are not allowed to create accounts under anyone else’s name or for any group or entity.

17. You cannot use WODT, brands, copyrights, trademarks, or any marks that might cause confusion.

18. You are not allowed to upload malicious software like viruses, worms, or other software agents.

19. You cannot gather personal information from others or share photos of others without their permission.

20. You are not allowed to use any software, macros, or stored keystroke sequences or other gameplay patterns that allow unfair advantages, such as making progress or obtaining items faster than normal gameplay. You cannot alter the game’s user interface or manipulate data in any way to gain items, character traits, or advantages not earned through regular gameplay.

21. Any use of the game that violates the game’s rules or the privacy policy is not allowed.

Our Services may feature multiplayer activities like competitive or cooperative player-versus-player or player-versus-environment interactions. At times, we might observe your and other players’ communications and interactions, but our capacity to do so is constrained by technological and legal limitations. Therefore, it’s your responsibility to manage your interactions with other users of our Services.

To use our Services, your device must fulfill certain minimum hardware and software criteria. Some Games and Services are exclusive to specific hardware and software systems, such as consoles, computer operating on Microsoft Windows® 10 or mobile devices (Android, iOS…). You are also obligated to follow all the rules and conditions set by third-party platforms and any authors or publishers who distribute the Services to you. A violation of any such third-party platforms or publisher’s rules will also be considered a breach of these Terms. 6.User generated content

Please notice that our Services might have their own additional legal guidelines outlining your rights and responsibilities regarding this User Generated Content.

You shall retain all of your rights of ownership and be recognized as the creator of any User Generated Content you produce under the laws of the applicable law of you country, but since using or accessing our services you inherently agree to grant WODT certain rights over it to enable us to share it through our Services. Therefore, when you upload your User Generated Content to any device or platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide usable, transferable and sub-licensable, royalty-free, not subject to expiration, unchangeable license to use, modify, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, share, communicate, and publicly display and/or perform your User Generated Content within the Services.

You should ensure that you possess all the necessary legal rights before utilizing User Generated Content and to verify its safety for use. WODT is unable to verify this on our own, nor can we check it for you, so we depend on your diligence.

Should you create User Generated Content using any graphics, audio, video, text, gameplay, features, characters, settings, or any other content from the KJP services, you are free to use and share it for your personal enjoyment.
