The game information includes your platform ID or game service ID, game achievements, game results and statistics, IP address, MAC address or other device identifiers, other platform/device information and other information and statistics related to your use of the Services. World of Digital Technology transfers unique identifiers, IP addresses, web/email activity data and inferences based on profiles to third-party advertising service providers to provide you and others like you with personalized advertising. We do not sell or share the personal information of any person who has not given their approval for it.

We hire providers to provide services on our behalf. These providers provide us with organizational, professional or technical support, help us operate our business and Services, or manage activities related to our business and Services.

We use advertising capabilities of World of Digital Technology and third parties to support our Services, such as advertising networks, data exchange services, traffic management providers, social networks and marketing analytics providers. We aggregate information collected through various Services and make it available to the public, even when you use our Services, in our games or in multiplayer gaming rooms. For example, if you link your gaming platform account with us, we may be able to display your in-game achievements along with your account name.

If you provide personal information, post an image or a video, or provide other content in a public forum, such as an email messaging system, a chat room, a comment box or a profile page, other people may view, collect and use that information. If your username or identification contains your name, your name will be publicly visible on leaderboards and other places as described in this Privacy Policy. Users of these public forums may identify you, use the information to send you messages or copy any image, video or material you share.

There are no expectations of confidentiality in any of these public forums. Do not share your personal information in public forums or in your username or identification. You are responsible for any information or content you publicly post while using our Services.

Rights regarding your data

Data storage

We will retain your information as long as we provide you with the Services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations and/or exercise, defend or establish our rights.
We retain your information while your account is active, while we provide you with the Services, and for as long as necessary to administer our Services. If you wish to delete your account or prevent us from using your personal information to provide you with the Services, please contact us as indicated in the Manage Your Account, Messages, and Data section. If your account is inactive, we will keep it for the period of time during which we reasonably expect you to use our Services again. After this period, we will delete personal data, including your email address and login credentials, and you will no longer be able to access your account. – In-game transactions and reseller/store

The third-party platform you use to access the Services or the online intermediary manages in-game transactions. We can process transactions from the World of Digital Technology online store directly or through our authorized online resellers. These transactions are subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of World of Digital Technology, the third-party platform, and the online store (as applicable).
